Cancelation and refund : once you placed an order , our team start the providing and packing process immediately , that’s why cancelation and refunding the money back is not possible after placing an order .

in case the customer placed an order by mistake or wants to edit his order content its allowed after 1 hour after placing the order by contacting the our hotline (+905527507777) in WhatsApp , so our team can respond immediately .

returning orders :

The right of withdrawal is not valid for food products in terms of the Turkish Code of Commerce. Nonetheless, we are attentive to your needs, after 1 day of receiving your order , you can send back your products which have not flown in or broken up while shipping (shipping coast on the customer) and you can refund your money back (we will cut : the shipping money we paid to the shipping company to send you the products (it will be according to the bill they will provide us) + 40% of order value + the customs fee if there is ) the rest of the money will be sent back to the same payment card you used to place the order within 10 – 14 work days after we receive the products back from you .

customs : Customs transactions differ from country to country. And our team has prior knowledge of each country’s customs. as we are sending individual shipments normally customs check take short time . if there is any delay in your shipment you can by the tracking number of the customer shipment you can check where is your shipment exactly and if there is any need for you to contact the customs for any reason you would receive notifications from the shipping company by that .
